Role Highlights:
Preparing financial plans for clients—this includes excel models and power points—over seeing junior financial planners in making excel models and power point presentations.
Maintaining client relationships—growing client base by referrals. Delivering projects/engagements on time, within budget and to client’s satisfaction.
Strategy and business development—taking part in strategy sessions with the board and coming up with new business development ideas. We love people who come up with new ideas—we may not implement all of them, but we really appreciate creativity and drive.
Qualifications—must have:
Must have cleared all modules of CFP certifications. Must have an MBA.
Experience–this is for someone with at least 5 years of work experience (without including internships)
Must have skills:
Must have excellent English written and oral skills. Must be able to speak English fluently and correctly—must have excellent written grammar. Knowledge of other languages is considered a bonus.
Must have advanced Excel skills and PowerPoint Skills. All of our financial planning is done on Excel—as such Excel skills are a must.
Must be quick in learning new technology.
Must be comfortable speaking to people—if you can make friends with complete strangers in a new social setting then you’re a perfect candidate (granted that you have the rest of the requirements).
Other non-negotiable requirements:
Must have two excellent references from past work places.
Must have a clear career path in mind—a lot of candidates here are going to be young and you may not know what you want to do—that’s fine—but the ideal candidate for this role has a tangible and ambitious goal in mind.
Salary : 12 to 18L (open to negotiation)
