Global Financial Planning Community to Gather in Bangkok to Discuss What’s Ahead for the Profession
BANGKOK 12 OCTOBER 2018 From 16-18 October 2018,Financial Planning Standards Board Ltd.(FPSB), owner of the international CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER certification program outside of the United States,will hold its 21st global meetingthis year in Bangkok, Thailand.
The volunteer and executive leaders of FPSB member organizations representing more than 175,000 CFP professionals in 26 territories, as well as the FPSB Board of Directors, will develop long-term strategies for the global financial planning profession, agree on priorities for the FPSB network centered on FPSBsLASER strategy, and participate in a full-day summit focused on financial planning technology (#FPtech), with guest speakers from the International Organization of Securities Commissions Global Fintech Network and IBM Watson.
FPSB would like to thank Thai Financial Planners Association for the warm welcome and hospitality in hosting our annual meeting in Bangkok, said FPSB CEO Noel Maye.
