Congratulations on completing the Investment Specialist certification requirements!

You may confirm your specialist certification with FPSB Ltd. by clicking on the “Register Now” button. By clicking this button, you:

1. Affirm that you have not had a criminal complaint filed against you or been convicted of a crime (other than has been previously disclosed to FPSB Ltd.);
2. Affirm that you have not had a civil complaint filed against me or been involved in a civil proceeding relating to your professional or business conduct (other than has been previously disclosed to FPSB Ltd.);
3. Affirm that you have not been the subject of a professional body, self-regulatory organization or government agency inquiry, investigation or proceeding relating to your professional or business conduct (other than has been previously disclosed to FPSB Ltd.;
4. Attest to the FPSB Ltd. Ethics Declaration; and
5. Pay a Specialist certification renewal fee of US$100 to renew your certification for a 12-month period (this fee is also valid for any other Specialist certifications you obtain within the same 12-month period).
