Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site role for a Regional Sales Head located in Jaipur. The Regional Sales Head will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day sales operations across the assigned region, managing and motivating a team of sales professionals, and developing and executing sales strategies to meet revenue targets.
Qualifications
- who can Create and Manage the Regional Team
- Having sound knowledge of financial products like MF, Direct Stocks, Stock Baskets, Derivatives, PMS, AIF, etc.
- Has the ability to Acquire Clients On a Self-Source Basis or experience in Managing an AUM of at least Rs. 10 Crore.
- Knows & Understand the Importance of Asset Allocation & Financial Planning.
- Able to Spread awareness among Individuals or groups of individuals about Wealth/Financial Planning.
- Understand the SEBI & Comply with the Company Policies.
- Knows how to present him/herself.
What we are looking for?
- CFP
- Financial Advisory Experience of at least 1-3 Years
- Have already managed assets worth at least Rs. 10+ Crore AUA
Experience in Wealth Management, Stock Broking, and SEBI regulation is beneficial for this role.
Salary Range: 5-10 Lakhs. Annual.
