Job Summary : Wealth Management roles focused on acquiring, managing, and deepening relationships with Affluent, HNI, and UHNI clients, offering investment, insurance, and banking solutions to meet clients’ financial planning objectives.
Who Should Apply : CFP® professionals
Responsibility :
- Acquire and manage Affluent / HNI / UHNI clients
- Cross-sell investment, insurance, and banking product
- Conduct financial needs analysis, risk profiling, and portfolio reviews
- Increase Assets Under Management (AUM), CASA, and product penetration
- Ensure compliance, documentation, and same-day execution of client instructions
Requirement :
- Graduation from a Government-recognised university
- Relevant post-qualification experience in banking / wealth management
Preferred :
- MBA (Finance / Marketing / Banking)
- CFP® professionals
Salary Range : CTC up to ₹30.20 LPA
Incentives / Bonuses : Performance Linked Pay (PLP) and annual increments based on performance
