Serving three or four-year terms, members of FPSB’s Board of Directors:

1. Develop
   governing policies on behalf of the membership that address the broadest levels of all organizational decisions and situations;
2. Identify
   membership needs and develops/revises policies to address those needs;
3. Advocate
   on behalf of the membership;
4. Oversee
   organizational performance; and
5. Seek
   ratification from FPSB Members on appropriate matters.
