Who Should Apply : CFP® professionals, FPSB India students
Responsibility :
- Gain a deep understanding of financial planning practices, actively participate in meetings, take detailed notes, and ensure CRM maintenance. Integrate relevant information into the company's Management Information System (MIS) as needed.
- Stay abreast of current trends in broader markets and various investment opportunities to provide clients with the most up-to-date advice and options.
- Act as a liaison for clients, addressing inquiries and guiding them through the implementation process. Utilize knowledge of their past transactions to ensure comprehensive future planning and advice.
- Continuously develop and review clients' goal plans, ensuring ongoing alignment with their financial objectives. Manage the back-office operations using Investwell Mint, tallying goals and maintaining accurate data.
- Maintain client-specific MIS records, including implementation logs, follow-ups, and coordination with the team to ensure seamless execution of plans.
Requirement :
- Proficiency in XLS with a knack for functions and formulas to present data meaningfully. Dexterity in using MS Office Suit.
- Confidence in presenting and navigating investment planning strategies.
- Adaptability to work collaboratively within a team environment and update CRM systems effectively.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both oral and written, with a keen ability to take notes and distill the essence of conversations.
- Empathetic listening skills and strong analytical abilities to decipher intricate financial details.
- A compassionate and people-oriented approach that sets you apart, with additional qualifications in Psychology being a definite plus.
