Job Summary : A Key Account Manager (KAM) in the context of the National Pension System (NPS), like in the NPS Trust, focuses on managing and strengthening relationships with key clients (like major corporations or government entities) to promote and facilitate NPS adoption and growth. They act as a primary point of contact, ensuring client satisfaction and long-term engagement with the NPS.

Responsibility :

  • The candidate is required to manage NPS business across the sectors: Corporate, Retail & Government.
  • The candidate is required to work on sales plan and achieve target pertaining to onboarding subscribers under corporate, retail with SBI PF POP and PFM respectively.
  • The candidate has to conduct sessions in the government offices for creating NPS awareness and onboard the subscriber with SBIPF PFM.
  • He/ She would be assigned team to manage different verticals, and he/she needs to provide guidance to the team. He/ She will be responsible for mentoring and monitoring the team under him/her to achieve target across different channels. Candidate would be responsible for achieving the targets assigned across different segment for his/her respective region and increase market share of SBI Pension Funds.
  • Meet HR Head/ C&B Head/ Finance Head/ CXO/ relevant authority/ organise Nodal office NPS awareness sessions in the corporate/ PSUs/ Government offices and design NPS implementation plan. Responsible for conducting online/in-person presentations to senior management/employees. Improve marketability and business profitability by researching, identifying, and capitalising on new opportunities. Perform any other duties as assigned by the Management.

Salary Range : 10 to 12 lacs
