Key Highlights:

  • Organisation: National Centre for Financial Education (NCFE)
  • Role: Financial Education Trainer (FET) – Honorary empanelment (not employment)
  • Purpose: Conduct Financial Education workshops (FEPA, FETP, FACT) for diverse target groups under NSFE 2020–25
  • Eligibility Criteria:

  • Indian citizen and resident, age ≤ 68 years
  • Minimum Graduate with 50% marks & CFP Certification.
  • 5+ years’ experience in finance, banking, teaching, etc.
  • Hold or agree to complete NCFE’s E-LMS certification
  • Clean record with no legal or regulatory issues
  • Preference to: Govt./PSU/Bank employees (serving or retired), veterans, etc.
  • Application Process:

  • Submit required documents (certificates, experience proof, etc.)
  • Shortlisted applicants will be interviewed
  • Additional assessments may apply
  • Empanelment Details:

  • Tenure: Initially 1 year; renewable based on performance
  • Not an employment contract; workshops are assigned periodically
  • Empanelled FETs are eligible for honorarium as per guidelines
  • Target Areas & Audience:

  • Choose 4 districts in your state + 1 adjacent district
  • Workshops target:

  • Women, Students, Rural & Urban Poor, Unorganized sectors, Senior Citizens, etc.
  • Trainer Responsibilities:

  • Conduct workshops using NCFE’s materials and format
  • Register workshops and submit claims via NCFE Trainer Portal
  • Maintain records, comply with code of conduct
  • Attend refresher training, if required
  • No commercial promotion or fee collection allowed
  • Important Conditions:

  • Strict adherence to NCFE guidelines and ethical conduct
  • NCFE reserves the right to reject/withdraw empanelment at any time
  • Must report any changes in personal/professional information promptly
  • Salary: as per the NCFE's Term
