Key Highlights:
- Organisation: National Centre for Financial Education (NCFE)
- Role: Financial Education Trainer (FET) – Honorary empanelment (not employment)
- Purpose: Conduct Financial Education workshops (FEPA, FETP, FACT) for diverse target groups under NSFE 2020–25
Eligibility Criteria:
- Indian citizen and resident, age ≤ 68 years
- Minimum Graduate with 50% marks & CFP Certification.
- 5+ years’ experience in finance, banking, teaching, etc.
- Hold or agree to complete NCFE’s E-LMS certification
- Clean record with no legal or regulatory issues
- Preference to: Govt./PSU/Bank employees (serving or retired), veterans, etc.
Application Process:

- Submit required documents (certificates, experience proof, etc.)
- Shortlisted applicants will be interviewed
- Additional assessments may apply
Empanelment Details:
- Tenure: Initially 1 year; renewable based on performance
- Not an employment contract; workshops are assigned periodically
- Empanelled FETs are eligible for honorarium as per guidelines
Target Areas & Audience:
- Choose 4 districts in your state + 1 adjacent district
Workshops target:
- Women, Students, Rural & Urban Poor, Unorganized sectors, Senior Citizens, etc.
Trainer Responsibilities:
- Conduct workshops using NCFE’s materials and format
- Register workshops and submit claims via NCFE Trainer Portal
- Maintain records, comply with code of conduct
- Attend refresher training, if required
- No commercial promotion or fee collection allowed
Important Conditions:
- Strict adherence to NCFE guidelines and ethical conduct
- NCFE reserves the right to reject/withdraw empanelment at any time
- Must report any changes in personal/professional information promptly
