Job Profile:
  • Explore and update information on changing regulatory guidelines (SEBI/IRDA/RBI/ PFRDA) in relation to financial markets and application of the same for client interface.
  • Liaison / coordination with RIA Company for compliance requirements.
  • Contacting clients and setting up new and review meetings
  • Conduct regular review meeting with the clients
  • Collection of all relevant data and documents from new clients for preparation of investment plans and executions of investments and insurances.
  • Understanding customer requirement and creation of a comprehensive Financial and investment plan for the customer by following our in-house tool, templates and software’s
  • Making the complete Comprehensive Financial /Retirement and Investment plan independently
  • Initiating Investment plan and documentation of all new clients as per onboarding procedures
  • Doing the Risk Profiling, matching risk appetite of all new clients
  • Presenting the financial plan to the customer and helping him understand his financial goals. Create a roadmap for the customer to achieve his financial goals.
  • Giving the financial plan for implementation and assisting in the same
  • Attend all client calls, handle all queries and complete any issues or discrepancies in financial and investment plan and implementation procedures.
  • Doing all research, selecting the right investments products like mutual funds (D) and insurance-related products
  • Monitor, Review and track the Investment plan of all the allocated clients and Analyse the customer’s current portfolio and advise clients to switch the non- performing investment option to the performing one
  • Record and Send Minutes of the Meeting Report to all the Clients after each Meeting
  • Up selling & cross selling of the investment and insurance products as per clients needs and requirements
  • Collect references after the review meetings through our comments and testimonials form
  • Should create new strategies for business development.
  • Has to keep close contact with A&B category of clients
  • Converting Leads into sales for purpose of financial planning
  • Maintaining the database on the internal templates of the organization
  • Preparing for meetings via structured research about target client
  • Having effective sales meeting in order to understand the requirement of the client.
  • Position our firms as the best choice and one shop for all their financial needs and requirements
  • Generate Explicit and implicit needs requirements.
  • Sales Proposal :
  • Create presentations and Investment Plans based on the data
  • Co-ordinate with the operations team to generate Quotations of Investment and Insurance Plan
  • Increase the Ticket Size of the Business
  • Write emails professionally to record all discussions with the client
  • Be the interface between the clients and the Company
  • Send Minute of the Meeting and Immediate Action Plans to Client and Operation Team

  • Preferred Qualifications: Graduate – B Com/BFM/BBM/ BFA/BFI, Associate Financial Planner(AFP)(Essential) and/or CFP Past Experience: Minimum 1 Year on the job Experience. Required Knowledge:
