    Malcolm Rodgers, who retired from the Australian Securities and Investments Commission in 2009, served in a variety of capacities as a regulator, including executive director, executive director/strategy, and director of policy and markets. During his tenure, Mr. Rodgers was involved in issues that helped to shape the landscape for financial advice in Australia, including competency standards and disclosure.

    In recent years, Mr. Rodgers has served as a consultant to the International Monetary Fund, assessing financial sector compliance with principles established by the International Organization of Securities Commissions (IOSCO). His term on the FPSB Board of Directors ends 31 March 2020.
