    Barry Horner, CFP, is chairperson of FPSBs Board of Directors and is the chief executive for Paradigm Norton. Mr. Horner, together with the 46-strong Paradigm team has built one of the foremost respected and multi award winning U.K. financial planning practices.

    Mr. Horner is a regular contributor to the financial press. In 2008 he served as president of the Institute of Financial Planning. Mr. Horner is included in the top 20 of ‘The Most Influential Financial Advisers in the UK. His term on the FPSB Board of Directors ends 31 March 2020.
