Job Profile & Responsibilities :
  • Assistance and coaching in full financial plan preparation process and finalization with team
  • Managing team deadlines regarding client onboarding, plan presentations to be within agreed turnaround timelines
  • Handling team queries on plan preparation and portfolio recommendations to maintain advise quality
  • Handling planning, portfolio reviews and recommendations for mapped clients
  • Validation and cross checking of plan and portfolio review recommendations of para planners
  • Assisting para planners in making presentations within agreed turnaround timelines
  • Coordination with teams to ensure implementation of advice within agreed timelines
  • Ensuring adherence to plan review and portfolio review schedules
  • Coordinating housekeeping of all planning and reporting software
  • Building and refining financial plan presentations, reporting formats and portfolio review reports
  • Meeting/calls with Asset Managers and Relationship Managers to get their view on financial markets and financial products
  • Tracking international/domestic trends, and building of alliances in advisory industry
  • Identifying training needs and training and mentoring the para planners team on their training needs
  • Evaluation and finalization of Financial Planning Software, Reporting Solutions software and integration with existing processes
  • Building processes for improvement in planning and portfolio analysis and review processes
  • Strategic thinking around plan / portfolio meetings in consultation with other teams

Qualifications : Post Graduation Degree/Diploma for 2 years in finance, accountancy, business management, commerce, economics, capital market, banking, insurance

  • Willingness to work independently on projects and initiatives

Additional Details : Work experience of at least 5+ years in the area of financial planning / portfolio analysis / investment advisory

Salary Range : Salary will be commensurate with Industry standards, and will depend on work experience , educational qualifications and skills.
